7 naked truths about my coaching program

  Why did I create the Career Clarity group coaching?

1- The first reason was purely selfish; I needed a method to "speed up" my recruiting process.

2- Next, I was frustrated interviewing candidates that appeared confused. In recruiting, the #1 rule is: Confusion never gets hired, even a competent one.

3- Then, I found coaching after burnout and loved how it's become my "career workout," but coaches can feel very "serious," and I need inspiration and joy to thrive professionally. 

4- One burnout truth: Never wait for the pain to go away by itself. Call your dentist/doctor/coach today! It only gets worse... I know it's a hard one to hear.

5- Post pandemic truth: real connections replaced networking. Shared experiences are the fastest way to create trust and meaningful relationships.

6- Every recruiter knows the most successful people are not necessarily the most competent but those who plan their careers. 

7- Solving your career's issues yourself is like trying on jeans without a mirror. Don't bother, I tested that for you :)
