It's time to reverse engineer your job search. 

Most executives looking for their next professional adventure often lack the Vision for their next dream job and how to get it. 

So they usually reach out to recruiters to ask for their advice.

"We will call you when we have a job opening that fits your skills." This typical and frustrating response has the immediate consequence of lowering their self-esteem and pausing their networking. Soon enough, looking for a job feels like quicksand. 

My philosophy when coaching executives looking for their next job is to reverse this process.

The first part is clarifying what they want and reflecting on what inspires, motivates, and energizes them. 

Because they are often in a career fog, I created a fun, fast, and easy tool to pull that inspiration and those values onto one piece of paper. 

It's called the Career Vision workshop. 

It lasts less than 90 mn and during that time, together we:

It is astounding how easily it turns on participants' GPS who are often surprised themselves at how much they already know. 

They start remembering what excites them, and they stop looking for external validation and turn inward, trusting their own.  

Once the clouds start to part, we can work on bringing their story back to the present: we let go of the old resume's linear history and replace it with a more exciting and precise potential.  

And from there action becomes much simpler.
