The C word everyone finds exciting.

I recently received an incredible opportunity. 

My dream job, aka doing what I love, managing talent for an iconic brand with people I respect and admire, who believe in me, and from whom I would learn.

An exciting change after years on my own journey. First as a recruiter, then as a coach. During this time, I created two new tools to help candidates remember their value: 

• The Clarity Card - the best training to sell your skills and win any interview &
• The Vision Card - a joyful tool to create a compelling vision for your career - is also a fascinating team-building exercise. 

Making this decision took work. 

As my mind was weighing the pros & cons, my body remembered a feeling I had... 

The feeling of certainty.

The tools I created yielded such wonderful results that I took the extra step to copyright them this summer. I did so because of how certain I felt in my bones about my work. 

That feeling of certainty was what I decided to trust. 

I was very grateful for the offer and decided to stay independent and commit 100% to myself, my work, and my tools. 

I am confident enough to know that even if challenges were to arise, I trust myself to be resourceful.

Certainty is the essence of my coaching. 

I teach my clients to be confident in their skills and themselves. When they rekindle that inner confidence, their careers thrive and prosper. And eventually, they don't need me because they've become their own best coach.

In times of uncertainty, knowing that you have your own back is a superpower.

That certainty is also what gets you hired. 

Recruiters and HR look for more than just skills. They look for executives who are confident to deliver on those skills.
