The coach got coached

I got coached in front of 180 other coaches!

I felt exposed, to say the least, AND it was totally worth it!

I struggled with a program and listed to my coach all the reasons this thing was not working for me. 

"Agathe, you sound like you are reading the news! 

These are thoughts you are having. They are not real facts, are you ready to change those thoughts? " she replied.

She was right; my mind was like a broken record about this program and it kept me from moving forward.

Just like that, she pulled my head out of the sand!

Coaching is putting a mirror in front of your mind to "see" the thoughts and stories you don't even know you entertain.

You can't do that with friends or family because they know you too well and ideally love you just the way you are.

Coaching is that expert-independent-second brain that helps bring patterns to the surface so we can change how we react.

If it sounds like magic... it's because it is!

Our minds are like computers; you clean them to free up space to run new programs.

After 15 years of recruiting and studying career patterns, I can tell where executives are on their professional journey. 

Well, I've never seen so many people in career fog either professionally lost or burned out.
